PSU shouldn't be showing up first if there's a criminal case there. That's bass-ackwards. It's too difficult to prove to a jury that PSU didn't compel suspect statements and then give them to PIU. I'm not surprised though. This is a far cry from the department it was 15 years ago. They can't arrest their way out of any problems because they're not that good.
