Not completely unlike the 8th Division commander having sex in the division. He just got demoted not forced out. Many years ago the county and the city were able to look down at all the little departments but it's a whole new ballgame with metro. After many, many years of stupidity under Conrad and White before him, it's got the worst reputation of any department in Kentucky. Now people want to retire at the 365th day of their 20th year or sooner and run, not walk, to smaller departments and the
