Much of the ordinance and the orders from the Mayor are illegal. You can't order a law enforcement officer to do something that contradicts state and federal law. If a federal officer or a citizen tell a police officer that there is a state fugitive somewhere, or that someone is committing a violation of state law, and you attempt to stop the officer from investigating, you are obstructing justice under both KRS and federal law. I'd like to see them suspend someone for that and then that officer
