Harper would be a shoe-in, but he'd have to run as a Democrat to avoid a huge number of yellow dog Democrats voting straight Democrat tickets every election. There is nobody currently in politics in Louisville even remotely capable of winning that office except David James, but I doubt he'd be interested. He's sitting back waiting for Fischer to implode, just too afraid to run against him. If Leet beats him, James would run against her in 2022. Nostracopus
