"The case, Roper v. Simmons, involved Missouri resident Christopher Simmons, who at age 17 had kidnapped and murdered a woman by throwing her from a bridge into a river. In the Court's majority decision, Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote that a national consensus had developed against juvenile capital punishment, pointing to bans against executions for minors in 30 states as evidence of a consensus."

The consensus is changing back to law and order. Prosecute, appeal, let the chips fall where they pay in the Supreme Court, and hang 'em high if they allow. If some f@ggoty libtard lawyer wants to coddle people who throw women off bridges and murder people in cold blood for $10, then f--k them. The rest of us don't have to play along. Society is being ripped apart at the seams by their kind and the violent thugs they enable.

Rapists don't even go to jail in Louisville and police don't even bother to process rape kits until someone forces them to.
