Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

Randy Watson said it best. The children are our future. Too bad Louisville's future appears to be 200-250 murders per year and steeply declining property values as people flee the county. Nobody wants to send their kids to dangerous schools that graduate future criminals and fast food workers.
