Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

It's ironic that the video you chose to illustrate you point for the need of patrol rifles was a group of men and women in their late 40's, early 50's rushing into one of the first mass casualty, workplace/active shooter incidents in the nation. Those same men and women didn't have patrol rifles. They ran inside armed with revolvers and Remington 870's and took care of business. What sickens me the most is the fact that the vast majority of mellinials wearing a badge would not hesitate to call these same brave men and women RODs if they were on the street today. I had the honor of riding a beat with these men and women. I watched, listened and learned from them. I looked up to them no matter how many arrests they made, or did not make and I consider myself a better man for having the opportunity to have known them.
