Fischer will promise his followers lots of handouts so he can win again. The east end yuppies get their soccer stadium and other projects to bring in more restaurants. The west enders get their free wifi and Google fiber so they can download crime map of all their shootings. The south end gets....well they don't vote for Fischer anyway. He'll be sure to scare them all with talk about how the Republicans want to take something away from them. He's banking on everyone being so appeased by the handouts
