New LMPD policy: No working with immigration officials to enforce federal laws

The west end's homicide rate is as high as nearly any area in the United States. People pretend the gangs here are small or disorganized but that's only because police intel in Louisville is virtually non-existent. The so-called intel people here surf facebook and think they're doing a good job. This is amateur hour.
