The closest they could come to touching Fischer is making the Yum Center go under by taking U of L out of the tournament and off TV.

Latest word from some expert lawyers is their case against the shoe people is shaky at best despite all the hoopla and media frenzy. Getting Pitino fired without even making a formal charge is going to lead to a major lawsuit unless they pin something on him.
