Thanks for your astounding insight. Now, if you could focus on more pressing issues. For example....off the top of my head...the cartels, perhaps.

The FBI only does the unindicted coconspirator thing, combibed with their usual press leaks, when they lack the evidence to charge. They think someone will rat for them and hand them the case they couldn't make in the last 2 years of wiretaps, searches and interviews. Expensive attorneys usually stop them cold. Their other problem in this is a victimless crime. People will question why the white FBI agents are so interested in a black kid getting paid, when coaches and universities make billions and they never arrested a single bank exec in 2008-2013 for endemic financial fraud, money laundering and other organized crime. They can only nail those who their bosses don't go work for later. What a charade.
