LMPD Asst. Chief named Bardstown Police Chief

The low activity officers are encouraged by lazy Sgts and inattentive Lts who sit in the office or make personal errands the entire shift. These COs are themselves encouraged by scared Majors who fear the wrath of the Chief's office if any officers dare enforce the law in a manner that might cause self-appointed community activists to stand outside Moldquarters. The Chief never likes seeing full-time jobless protesters on the side walk while peeking through his office curtain. Their primary motivation is to keep the activists quiet and the Mayor off their back while they collect that six figure income. Vetted friends and relatives of the command are the more reliable accomplices towards that end goal.
