Police say passerby may have saved life of LMPD officer attacked by homeless man

The County Attorney's office has an obvious conflict of interest, acting as both prosecutor and defense attorneys for cases involving illegal acts by metro employees. They are naturally inclined to not prosecute when it will cost Metro any money in court.

They are all in big trouble with the civil case. They can publicly overturn a lot more rocks at the higher levels than the criminal case can.
