I agree David James could beat this guy. Unfortunately money is the problem for a good campaign. Fischer has it and is only reason he won the first time. He is nowhere near the man or leader James is, who is a stand up guy and isn't afraid to tell the truth unlike this mayor and his flunky chief. On an additional note if anyone thinks Troy Riggs would be a good chief they are crazy. He is in the same mode of Conrad, milqutoast. He got ran out of texas, asked to leave in Indy both places and cities that wanted a cop from the streets to be a chief and leader which he fails in both. His record is just as bad as Conrad looks great on paper though.
