CERS is still screwed because KRS under estimated what the contribution levels should be, even though counties and cities did contribute what was required. They underestimated how much would be needed to pay retirees and overestimated how much their investments would make. 20-year people will get screwed out of money 1 way or another if these politicians have their way, like raising state income taxes on retirees, putting everyone on unsubsidized Obamacare and continuing to pay no COLAs as inflation
