Police say passerby may have saved life of LMPD officer attacked by homeless man

Look at the list of names getting OT. Most are in shorthanded units. A properly staffed unit or platoon has little or no OT except for special events or small City patrols. LMPD has people working 25% to 50% extra every pay period.
