PSU, PIU and IA were always a good idea in theory, especially the attempt to make them all Lt's several years ago, but it never panned out as intended. Betts, Corder, and several others who never went to jail when they should have prove the myth their being "untouchables" is fictional. It was the same with the old IA too. They tend to hammer those command dislikes while letting those who command favors resign without charges. It's not necessarily the fault of the people working the cases. Both PIU
