LMPD isn't that big of a department relative to other cities. Police departments almost never have 3 sexual serial predators arrested in a year's time like here. When other departments do things like mishandle evidence, people get fired or demoted. Here the department offers excuses after a coverup. This is a terrible department and it will only be fixed once command is 100% let go after the Mayor loses next year.
