Exactly, this department has reached a breaking point and a level of incompetence never before seen by most. Not because of the officers but because of the command. None of them care or have a clue about good police work that the officers on this department do. Just tow the status quo company line and yell look crime is down and it's not, but beat you all up to push their narrative to keep their jobs. ALL they care about. The Mayor is just as responsible too.
