A few years ago a 40 year old man was jumped by a bunch of juveniles on a TARC bus. He pulled out a knife a cut one of them causing the juvenile to die. The man fled the scene on foot and was charged with murder. THEN!!! The TARC video came out. The charges were dismissed when it was clear the man was jumped by the juveniles.
