Some people, namely juvenile delinquents, street thugs, psychos, liberals, democrat prosecutors and SJWs on police departments, never learn. Juries have totally stopped convicting those who kill somebody for beating them up, especially once they're on the ground and still beating them. There may be some theoretical legal basis for making such a charge, but they DO NOT FLY in criminal courts anywhere in America anymore. Once someone hits the ground, the defense can introduce the 1000s of cases where
