It's obvious from the video of a girl defending herself from a mob beating that this case will not result in a conviction. It's not even manslaughter under that circumstance. Homicide also screwed up recently with the simplistic 1 sentence charge resulting in an accused murderer being put on HIP for a week. Either Homicide is suffering the effects of overwork or there needs to be some changes made soon.
