Too much laying down, attrition, inexperience and the cartels...don't forget the cartels.

They're all lucky to be alive, especially the dog. People in about 1/4 of the houses in Louisville will blow you away for coming in unannounced like that. The courts consistently find defendants not guilty in those situations because it provides a reasonable doubt that they knew you were police and not home invaders. The law is on the homeowners side unless it's a convicted felon. You have to prove they knew who you were before they took the shot. I hope that family gets millions. There are too many wannabe cowboys who don't know what they're doing on this department.
