Wrong, it's very thinly veiled political campaign activity by this administration using city personnel, vehicles and payroll, not legitimate community outreach or mere promotion of equal opportunity in employment. This is a clear violation of KRS 95.470 and I will be building a case file on these activities through November 2018 for presentation to the next police chief.
