There were 2 negative stories, in the New York Daily News and Britain's Daily Mail, which are both considered tabloids. None of the other dozens of news reports show the police in a negative light. He obviously suffered no serious harm so there's no way to bring a successful federal case even if it was excessive. ISP doesn't sound too worried about it. Only PSU and Chief Conrad are likely to take any actions and whatever they do will probably be reduced by the merit board. He's not even the right color to get the activists interested.
