Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership, dismisses council's criticism |
RE: Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership...
You appear to be saying it's impossible to get a conviction for attempted murder and that the only charge possible is Assault 1st. That's entirely false. I've spoken to some head strong officers from Louisville who think they know the entire court system from top to bottom before, so you're just one more. The fact of the matter is that you've only ever policed in the liberal bubble and know relatively little about how policing is really done in Kentucky.

Here's an example of an attempted murder conviction not involving an Assault 1st.
For a shooter, the jury would normally be instructed to consider Assault 1st along with Attempted murder due to it being a lesser included offense. If convicted of both, then the prosecution would merge the charges. Someone who didn't pull the trigger could be convicted of attempted murder without being charged with assault 1st.
It is not normally very difficult to prove probable cause. Anyone who polices with your amount of misinformation and fear is useless on the street. That may be why Louisville's violent crime is the worst in Kentucky. You're led by incompetent and ignorant people like you.
VANCEBURG, Ky. (WSAZ) --The convicted moneyman in a murder for hire plot was sentenced Friday morning.
The crime included a front porch shootout that left a man in what doctor's say will be a life long coma.
This is the story of how a violent love triangle came to an end. The prosecutor said Gary Robinson's arrogance, money, and power drove the well-off businessman to pay convicted felon Wesley Allen 25 thousand dollars to shoot and kill John Jamison.
Robinson's attorney tried and failed to discount a jury recommended maximum 20 year sentence for conspiracy to commit attempted murder. The judge wasted no time in sentencing Robinson to the maximum 20 years.

No beeyotch, PTOs teach what KRS says. The stupid pet tricks come later when they meet the super special COs trying to make Major, who say all the right things but couldn't investigate their way out of a wet paper bag and have 35% clearance rates.
