Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership, dismisses council's criticism

Bevin took a play from the Louisville Democrat play book by offering up a meaningless feelgood that he advertised as a plan. Its ironic how the Democrats and activists are criticizing him for doing what they've done for years in response to the murders and crime. He should have had some ministers stand behind him like Conrad has the special agents in charge stand behind him for his nothingburger announcements. It takes a village of idiots to have this kind of homicide rate, and Louisville's got that well in hand.
