The Mayor said on Tony Cruise show this morning that OPEN CARRY of guns was the issue with the waterfrint park shooting.. HE SAID IT TWICE... When Tony questioned him (very weak) The mayor said, well we dont know for sure, but OPEN CARRY makes it hard fir police to know who is and who is not carrying... NO, MR MAYOR, IT MAKES IT EASIER BECAUSE ITS OPEN AND WE CAN SEE THEM.... What a dummy
