Chief Steve Conrad shakes up Louisville police leadership, dismisses council's criticism

His photos had an officer in it with an inappropriate quote about the community. A picture of a shot-up bus combined with the reference to JCPS is parody political speech criticizing an organization unrelated to law enforcement or Louisville Metro. Maybe the Chief would suspend someone for it, but history shows it would be overturned with back pay later.
