I'm so glad that the 4th Div is here....otherwise no crime would be stopped.....oh wait murder rate is up dam what's the problem. ITs true the 4th is one of the busiest Division and I'm not denying that but I am tired of the officers that talk **** about divisions they never worked in. There's problems in ALL the divisions and once you get tired of run to run to run. You will learn being on the news nightly isn't good for you or you family. Its called experience.
