It does seem like a h3ll of a coincidence how Chief Conrad disbands or restructures units making significant drug seizures under the guise of fixing them. Like he did with narcotics under Pierson, like he did with Flex, like he did with Viper and like he did with the airport unit. There's always some bogus story about how 1 or 2 guys ruined the whole unit or made its mission irrelevant. It's as if he's looking for reasons to get the department out of that kind of enforcement.
