LMPD chief defends changes to department, says he asked mayor for more officers

Affirmative action is a word used by inadequate whites who think they're white privilege should speak for itself. White individuals are sometimes intellectually gifted, but whites as a whole are stupid by nature. Just look around you....whites are born mentally ill and medicate themselves to sanity.
