Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of answers from LMPD about hiring officers

There are plenty of people in patrol who could to a better job. When someone becomes a bump on a log and is allowed to stay in a unit, they demotivate everyone else in the unit. Its happened a thousand times before because nobody has the balls to tell off the friend or relative who got them the spot.
