It's a new world when it comes to criminalizing your opponents. Not to bring politics into it but a good example of this is how many thought Clinton should be held criminally liable for what happened in Benghazi. Nowadays everybody wants everyone to go to prison. This is the new weapon for punishing your opponent.

When you can seriously raise Hillary Clinton as a defense for a child molestation case, then you know you have a totally corrupted sense of morality.

And quoting the lawsuit doesn't prove the allegations. If the PSU would've uncovered allegations of criminal conduct, it would've been given to the PIU. Who knows what happened from there. Apparently nothing. The original post questioned why the PSU was "determining criminal charges." They didn't. They don't.
