Louisville Metro Council members frustrated with lack of answers from LMPD about hiring officers

The family of the woman killed by an officer under similar circumstances got $700,000. It's reckless driving at a minimum due once you're above 15mph over. Its probably not a good time to be letting people skate while there are outside investigators in the Chief's office.
