Hal Heiner was not ready for prime time dude and 7000 votes is a lot of votes! Pretty much a land slide. Why are you so angry all the time?

You left out Public Health's Director of Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods, now called the Director of Violence Prevention. Anthony Smith didn't stick around very long after he and the Mayor set the goal for reducing crime by 3% in 2012. Homicides have doubled since then. The guy in that position is essentially a ghost drawing $80,000 per year for who knows what just like the others the Mayor has named. The only one I've ever seen anywhere is Gentry and that's usually to take flack for the crime surge at meetings that the Chief should be at instead.
