LMPD, FBI, ATF, DEA, the courts, corrections and everyone else has proven themselves incapable of stopping the murders. The next step is for Bevin to declare martial law, have the national guard establish checkpoints at major intersections, ban the possession of weapons and search all vehicles in the areas designated as beyond law enforcement's control.
