Its also worth nothing that Glendale Arizona and Louisville now have equally high crime rates. You can't lay it all on Conrad but his policing style is better suited to rich white low crime suburbs. We've had 8 years of open borders allowing drug cartels to dump heroin and other drugs on the street at wholesale prices direct from Mexico. This destroyed all sense of hierarchy and enforced peace among the drug networks. Now they can all buy direct from Mexicans and shoot each other to decide who gets to sell the dope and where. The increased number of habitual hard drug users have lost all sense of humanity as their brains fried, so they kill over minor grievances. This is no time to put all hope into the disproven myth of community oriented policing
