Nope it was just a clusterf--k by all parties involved with the 2015 case. He had open warrants nobody served because nobody confirmed his identity when he showed up to court. Those involved at the Commonwealth Attorney, County Attorney, LMPD, JCSO, and corrections all dropped the ball, including those at the top who've made serving bench warrants at a low priority. It's a prime example of how badly the courts and law enforcement agencies are being managed.
