It no longer is thanks to the gang wars happening here that the big shots pretend is just kids so they don't get fired or moved to another city quite yet.

People talk about Detroit and Chicago like that's where all the violence is. In reality, Louisville's violent crime rate is actually higher than Chicago. Washington DC's and Detroit's violent crime rates are slightly higher than Louisville's.
