You clearly need to be sent back through a law enforcement academy that teaches how to police. Try NYPD and come back in a few years. It may not be all your fault that you don't know how to use minor charges as a bridge to felony charges and dont know the first thing about gang suppression. I doubt you could even name 5 gang members without consulting WDRB
