James: Use of alternate ID to enter gay-friendly spa doesn't matter

The entire command staff should be demoted to Lieutenant. They need a new Chief from somewhere else. I don't trust any of the Lt's coming up through the system under White and Conrad.

Steve Beshear and the previous state legislature deserve some of the blame too. They're who made it harder to arrest for minor crimes in 2013, allowing criminals more time on the streets to commit major crimes. LMPD laying down, being passive and letting criminals run amok poured gasoline on that fire.
