Officer Stumler better get all her assists out of her name ASAP. The video does not look good, I see a huge civil suit, federal civil rights violation suit too.

Will be lucky to get a job waiting tables after this.

CHIEF AND COMMAND LOOKED PISSED, glad I am leaving this year.

All my humble opinion. It is at the point that you can get shot all over this town. Conrad goes to the council and pretends to be so in shock. It is actually insulting. What happened to his big promise that he would work out of a division every Wednesday. He only gets out and listens when he gets a vote of no confidence. He has zero control of this city. He is only concerned with his 21st Century document from Obama. Such a shame. We have potential if we could find a leader. One day, the Council will ask the right questions.
