LMPD officer injured, suspect dead after shooting

COs are afraid to act like COs because command doesn't want them to. Command wants robots who blindly follow policy as written. That's why they strapped cameras to everyone. I'm sure they want the same of dispatchers. You're not allowed to use your brain here. That's a big reason why this is a stepping stone department and new hires see it no differently from taking a job in telemarketing or retail.
