Pipe bursts at LMPD near 'packaged evidence'

It used to be the west end and south end had the murders. Now it's Phoenix Hill, Germantown and Bardstown Road too. That's called displacing crime. You have to flush the toilet and not just try to keep half of the toilet bowl turd free. That requires long prison sentences for those arrested.
