I heard CSU say it was * and crap water and it landed on a couple dozen active rape kits dating back to the 1990's and IS STILL BEING SENT TO THE CRIME LAB... funny the things you hear at scenes... hahahahahah Metro Gov Cathy Duncan (who has no business in here job) says it affect papers and it dried out... LMPD says "packaged evidence"... Cathy Duncan is a big fat liar and horrible at her job...
