Fischer: Police union vote a 'distraction'

JCPS is rapidly becoming one of the worst school districts in America. Jefferson District/Circuit courts are a revolving door for criminals/repeat offenders. HIP is being used for violent felony offenders because of jail overcrowding. No wonder everybody is moving out of Jefferson County.
