Never fear, along with the new "violence interrupters", the chief is going to start a violent crime task force. The homicides that have been plaguing possibility city will now come to a screeching halt. He might even call it "Viper" again, to strike fear in the hearts of the violent criminals. At least they keep confering with other policing experts across the country to see what's working in their city. Unfortunately I think Conrad and Fisher as sharing policing strategies with Indianapolis. Whoops
