Louisville FOP overwhelmingly votes no confidence in LMPD and Chief Conrad

It's more a matter of who ever is on call should share in the same practice afforded to only a select few currently. Not just the swat team, but homicide, robbery, CACU, district detectives, dive team, HNT, and the now defunct clan lab team(even though they killed the OT under Lt. Brewer, Sgts Stone and Johnson). If it's practice for the PIO's, it should be for all above!! If I missed or omitted a unit, my bad.
