Funny, he seemed to perjure himself during the trial for Lt. Pearson, after giving a deposition to attorney T. Clay. He was on the stand, was caught going back on his deposition statement, while under oath and yet failed to add his name to the top of the Brady list. Failed to start a Chief's initiated investigation of himself for untruthfulness and failed to give himself suspension days. He is rather a "do as I say, not as I do" kind of leader. Poor leadership sits upon the throne.
